Free Ground Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 5:00pm Eastern Time are shipped the same day. All standard shipping orders will be shipped via Fedex/UPS Ground and will arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your destination. If you are located within the state of Florida, then your package should arrive in approximately 1 day.
Shipping Rates
When placing your order, our site will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you've selected. Depending on the shipping provider of your choice, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our website uses the product's weight and dimensions in order to accurately ensure the correct shipping rate. The weight of our products should appear on the product page. To reflect the policies of Fedex, UPS and USPS, all weights are rounded up to the next pound.
Payment Options for International Orders
We are located in the United States and we will not accept credit cards that are issued by certain foreign banks. For International Orders we strongly recommend using PayPal as PayPal is quicker and easier to use than Credit/Debit cards and is much more secure. By using PayPal as your payment method, not only be able to complete your purchase much quicker, but we will be able to verify payment quickly and have your product shipped out to you the same day!
Are any purchased Products covered by Warranties?
Absolutely! All New Retail Products are covered by a 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. If the manufacturer's warranty expires before 3 years, then ServerParts4Less will cover the remaining period. All Factory Sealed products are covered by a 3 Year Warranty from ServerParts4Less. All products with the New Bulk 0 Hours condition are covered by a 1 Year ServerParts4Less warranty. All refurbished server parts and server hardware are covered by a 90 day ServerParts4Less warranty.
If your product is defective, or stops working, we will be more than happy to either send a full refund or the same product in the same condition. In the event that we are out of stock and you request the same item, we will send you a full refund. Simply process a return request so we can generate a RMA number. Once we receive the item back in stock, we will issue your refund.
What does New Bulk 0 Hours mean?
New Bulk 0 Hour items are Brand New Drives that have 0 Power On Hours meaning they have never been powered on. They come in Bulk Packaging meaning they are placed in packs of 10 and each drive is placed in an anti-static bag and with sealed with an anti-static sticker. If a hard drive is individually purchased, they will safely be placed inside an individual box with protective foam. ServerParts4Less offers a 1 year warranty on all products that are in New Bulk condition. All New Bulk products we carry WILL have 0 Power On Hours and will have never been used before.
What products does ServerParts4Less carry?
ServerParts4Less is an authorized HPE reseller so we mainly carry HP server hardware and HPE server parts in our inventory.
Can you ship internationally and what carriers do you use?
Yes, we ship worldwide using FedEx, UPS and DHL.
Can you blind drop-ship?
Yes, we process blind drop shipments every day and we make sure it’s done right! Just make sure you state that in your notes to us or kindly send us an email.
How do I return something?
All returns will require a RMA Number or Return Merchandise Authorization number before you can place a return. Once we receive the returned product, we will then issue you a refund. Same goes for returned products under warranty, we require a RMA Number. If you return a product in working condition, you are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. So please, do not return an item without an RMA number from us. We will issue a RMA number within 24-48hrs, but most likely quicker.
How are products packaged and shipped?
All New Retail products will be shipped in their respective packaging which is an official HP Box sealed with a HP sticker. The drive will be secured in between two drive partitions to prevent any damage from shipping. As for individual drives, they will safely be placed inside an individual padded box with foam padding on the top and bottom by one of our technicians. All sold drives that are refurbished will be placed in an anti-static bag, sealed with an anti-static sticker and placed in a box with protective foam.
Do you sell Used/Refurbished Products?
We carry both used and refurbished products in stock. Both might have some cosmetic wear and tear as they are pulled out of working machines, but are in very good working condition. All Used/Refurbished products we carry in stock come with a 90 Day Hassle Free Warranty from ServerParts4Less. Prior to being shipped out, all refurbished server hardware and server parts are tested and cleaned.
